How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal and all transactions are securely processed via PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to complete your purchase and you can check out as a guest as well.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please allow up to hours for the email to arrive and check other mail folders. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at shopteamfab@gmail.com with your last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

When will my order arrive?

As our pieces are crafted-to-order, please allow production and delivery within 7-10 business days depending on your location. Each drop requires a minimum threshold numbered editions to move into production to ensure exclusivity and 0 waste.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently ship to most countries via DHL Express. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at shopteamfab@gmail.com for more information.

Will I be charged customs and duties?

Any import duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by country’s customs are the responsibility of the recipient and please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

How should I care for my product?

Due to the kinds of delicate material, fab. cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper care (e.g., water stains, perfume contact, or incorrect ironing). A professional Care Guide is included with every order.

What time do you update your online shop?

Generally, we update our online shop at 11 AM local time. Most items do not have set release dates; please sign up for newsletter to receive alerts for each new drop.
